About Clearpath

Helping People Make
Sense of Paperwork

We started Clearpath because too many people were sitting on boxes of pension-related documents they didn't know how to organise or read.

Our Story

Where Clearpath Came From

Clearpath was set up in Bangkok in 2019 by a small team of administrative specialists who had spent years fielding questions from friends and colleagues about pension paperwork. The questions were always practical: what is this form? where should I keep it? what does this label mean? None of those questions required individual advice — they required a clearer explanation and a tidier folder.

We built Clearpath around those everyday needs. Our sessions are designed for people who simply want to feel less overwhelmed by their paperwork. We don't assess anyone's individual situation, and we don't make recommendations. We explain how things generally work, and we help people create filing systems they can actually use.

Today we work with people across Bangkok who hold pension-related records from Thailand, the United Kingdom, Australia, and elsewhere. Our clients are typically retirees, long-term expatriates, and anyone who has accumulated records across several years and wants to get organised.

What We Stand For

Plain speaking

We say things in plain English. If a term needs explaining, we explain it. No assumptions about prior knowledge.

No pressure

Sessions move at the pace of the person attending. There's no rush and no expectation to take action.

General information only

We do not provide individual recommendations. Everything we share is general in nature, clearly positioned as such.

Discretion and care

Documents contain personal information. We handle all materials with care and follow clear data handling standards.

How We Operate

Our Standards & Approach

Document Handling

Personal paperwork is handled only during sessions, in a private setting. Documents are never retained, copied, or photographed without explicit permission.

Privacy & Discretion

All session content is treated as confidential. Personal details discussed in sessions are not shared with other participants or third parties.

Session Quality

Workshop materials are reviewed and updated at least twice a year. We remove outdated references and revise explanations to keep them accurate and easy to follow.

Participant Feedback

Every session ends with a brief feedback form. We read all responses and use them to improve future sessions and resource materials.

Scope Boundaries

We are clear about what we do not cover. Our team will always direct participants to appropriate professionals if a question goes beyond the scope of general information.

Data Protection

We collect only the contact information needed to manage bookings and send session materials. We do not share or sell contact details to any third party.

Pension Paperwork Help in Bangkok

Bangkok is home to a large community of long-term residents and retirees who hold pension-related documents from a variety of countries. For many people, those documents have been accumulating for years — stored in different folders, different email accounts, and sometimes different countries. Clearpath exists to help people bring those records together in an orderly, understandable way.

Our document organisation sessions take place at our office on Silom Road, in the Bang Rak district. The setting is quiet and private, with enough desk space to spread out paperwork and work through it methodically. Sessions typically run for two to three hours, though participants are free to book a follow-up if more time is needed.

Our information workshops cover topics such as how pension statements are generally structured, what different document types typically contain, and how to build a simple personal filing system. We use plain English throughout, with no expectation that participants have any background knowledge of pension administration.

The Records & Resource Library is designed for people who want ongoing access to reference materials. Members can download general information sheets, blank templates, and checklists at any time, and are invited to attend short update sessions when the library is refreshed.

All Clearpath sessions are general and informational in nature. We do not hold any regulatory authorisation and do not offer individual financial, legal, or investment commentary. Participants who need personal advice are always encouraged to speak with appropriately qualified professionals.
