Three Formats,
One Clear Purpose
Choose the session format that fits how you prefer to work. Each option is designed to leave you with better-organised records and a clearer understanding of what you have.
← Back to HomeHow We Approach Every Session
Every Clearpath session follows the same underlying method: we start with what you have, we explain how things are generally structured, and we help you create a system you can maintain independently. The format changes — one-to-one, small group, or library access — but the purpose stays the same.
We never assume prior knowledge. We never offer opinions on individual situations. And we never push participants toward any particular course of action. Our role is to make the paperwork itself easier to understand and manage.
Materials used in sessions are updated on a rolling basis. If we find that a reference sheet has become unclear or out of date, we replace it. Library members receive these updates automatically.

Document Organisation Session
A guided, one-to-one administrative session to help sort, label, and arrange personal pension-related paperwork into a clear, easy-to-find system. Suited to anyone who feels overwhelmed by scattered records, or who simply hasn't found the time to sit down and create a proper filing structure.
This is general organising help and information only, not individual guidance on any decision or course of action.
- Private one-to-one desk session at our Silom Road office
- Documents sorted, categorised, and labelled during the session
- Personalised filing checklist provided to take home
- Session notes emailed afterwards for reference
- Follow-up session bookable if more documents arrive later
Typical duration: 2–3 hours
Information Workshop
A small-group educational workshop explaining, in plain language, how common pension paperwork and processes are generally structured. Designed to build everyday understanding and familiarity with the types of documents people typically accumulate.
Sessions share general information only and never address a specific person's individual circumstances, records, or decisions.
- Maximum eight participants per session — relaxed pace throughout
- Plain English used at all times — no unexplained jargon
- General Q&A on common document types and terminology
- Reference handout and glossary provided to all participants
- Sessions run monthly — booking in advance required
Typical duration: 3 hours including Q&A
