Clearpath is a document organisation and general information service based in Bangkok, Thailand. Our registered office is at 90 Silom Road, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500.

We offer Document Organisation Sessions, Information Workshops, and a Records & Resource Library Membership. All services are administrative and informational in nature. Nothing we provide constitutes advice of any kind — financial, legal, or otherwise.

All services offered by Clearpath are general and informational. They are intended to help individuals organise their own paperwork and understand publicly available information about how pension documentation and processes are generally structured.

Clearpath does not:

• Provide advice tailored to your personal situation
• Make or assist in making decisions on your behalf
• Represent you before any organisation, authority, or institution
• Guarantee any particular outcome arising from your use of our services

You remain solely responsible for any decisions you make in connection with your own records and affairs.

Our services are available to adults (18 years of age and over) who wish to organise their own pension-related documents and access general informational resources.

By booking a session or becoming a member, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide during booking is accurate and up to date.

Session and workshop bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We will send a written confirmation to the email address provided at the time of booking.

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Current prices are as follows:

Clearpath reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect confirmed bookings already paid in full.

We understand that circumstances change. The following applies to all booked sessions:

• More than 5 business days before the session: Full refund or reschedule at no charge.
• 2 to 5 business days before the session: Reschedule available at no charge. Refunds are 50% of the session fee.
• Fewer than 2 business days before the session: No refund. Rescheduling is at Clearpath's discretion.

If Clearpath must cancel or postpone a session due to circumstances outside our control, we will offer a full reschedule or a complete refund.

The Records & Resource Library Membership provides 12 months of access to Clearpath's curated library of general information sheets, checklists, document templates, and periodic update sessions.

Membership is non-transferable and is for the personal use of the individual named at the time of purchase. Sharing access credentials or library materials with third parties is not permitted.

Membership does not auto-renew. You will receive a reminder before your membership period ends with details on how to continue access if you wish to do so.

You may use the Clearpath website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without our written permission
• Use automated tools to access or scrape site content
• Introduce malicious software or interfere with the site's operation
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false contact information

All website content, including text, design, and materials, is owned by or licensed to Clearpath and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Clearpath's services are informational and organisational in nature. We do not accept liability for any decisions made, or actions taken, based on information shared during our sessions or available through our library.

To the extent permitted by applicable Thai law, our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of earnings or opportunity, arising in connection with our services or this website.

We handle your personal data in accordance with Thai personal data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy, which is available on this website. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or applicable requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
